MOIC-LN Consortium Limited is a private company limited by shares, registered in the Republic of Zambia.
Established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), MOIC-LN implements transport infrastructure projects in Zambia. The company led the successful development of the Lusaka-Ndola Dual-Carriageway Upgrading PPP Project - the largest project of its kind in the country.
We work closely with government and private stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-managed infrastructure assets that support Zambia's development goals.
